Bullioh Netball Courts
Towong Shire was successful in securing funding from the Victorian Department of Jobs, Precincts and Regions for the reconstruction of netball and tennis courts at Bullioh in mid 2021. The project consisted of the construction of two new concrete based netball courts and line marking for a tennis court. Additionally, two new player shelters would be constructed, along with a lighting upgrade, a new path connecting the clubhouse to the courts and improved drainage.
12P Consulting was appointed as the designer and project manager for the project. We undertook a feature and level survey of the site to understand the existing conditions and then prepared design drawings to comply with Netball Australia’s requirements and the funding contract.
We then prepared tender documents, coordinated the tender process and managed the construction process through to completion and grant acquittal.
